TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Venue booking is open exclusively to Piano Teachers’ Lounge registered member.
- All bookings are subject to venue and instrument availability.
- The venue facilities are strictly for concerts, masterclasses, and performance sessions. Use of the venue for private teaching is not permitted.
- Hirers are responsible for the proper use and care of the provided instrument and all other equipment. The instrument must not be moved or adjusted without prior approval from Yamaha Music Malaysia.
- Piano tuning is not included in the venue rental. It may be arranged upon request and will be charged separately.
- Basic equipment, such as microphones and speakers, is available upon request. However, technical personnel or sound support services are not provided.
- Food, drinks, and smoking are strictly prohibited within the venue premises.
- Bookings must be made in advance, subject to venue and instrument availability, and confirmed upon full payment.
- Hirers shall be held liable for any damages to the instrument, equipment, or venue facilities caused during the booking period. Any repair or replacement costs will be charged to the hirer.
- Yamaha Music Malaysia reserves the right to approve or decline any booking request.
