The "Yamaha STORIA Guitar Ambassador Campaign" ("the Campaign") is organised by Yamaha Music (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd ("the Organiser").
The Campaign is open to all new registered/current users of Yamaha Music ID, and who are individual legal residents of Malaysia with a valid identification document, aged 18 years and above at the start of the Campaign period ("the Participants"). The Organiser shall reserve the right to request evidence of identification documents.
The Campaign will run from 0:00:00am on 1 September 2024 to 23:59:59pm on 31 March 2025 ("Campaign Period”).
Employees of the Organiser and its group of companies and their immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings, and their spouses), and employees of the Organiser's agencies associated with the campaign and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
B. Campaign Mechanics
Participants must register as a new user or log in to Yamaha Music ID, and join STORIA Ambassador "Sally Yiew" as a fan on the Yamaha STORIA Guitar Landing page.
Upon successful registration, Participants will receive a special discount coupon at an amount as may be prescribed by the organizer for the purchase of a STORIA guitar.
The coupon is limited to one (1) per new registered user.
The coupon is valid for the purchase of STORIA guitars only (STORIA I, STORIA II, or STORIA III).
The coupon is valid for one purchase only.
C. Discount Coupon/Voucher Redemption
Participants can redeem their coupon through Yamaha Official Online Shopee Store or for direct store purchase at Yamaha Music Malaysia Kelana Jaya.
The coupon must be used within the Campaign Period
The coupon is not exchangeable for cash and not transferable.
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or modify the coupon at any time without prior notice.
Discount Voucher Terms and Conditions
Voucher Validity: This discount voucher is exclusively valid for purchases made through our Yamaha Official Online Shopee Store, and Yamaha Music Malaysia Kelana Jaya. It must be redeemed within the specified validity period indicated on the voucher. Expired vouchers will not be accepted.
Eligibility: The voucher is non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the individual to whom it was issued. It is valid for a single use unless otherwise specified.
Discount Application: The discount applies solely to the specified products. It will be automatically applied at checkout when the voucher code is entered. Discounts cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed.
Exclusions: The voucher cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts unless explicitly stated. Certain products or brands may be excluded; please refer to the specific details of the voucher.
Refunds: For items purchased using a discount voucher, only the amount paid after applying the discount will be refunded in case of a return. The voucher will not be reissued or replaced. Subject to the terms and conditions of manufacturer's warranty.
Non-Cash Value: The voucher holds no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. It is non-transferable and cannot be resold.
Lost or Stolen Vouchers: We are not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers, and they will not be reissued under any circumstances.
Misuse: Any attempt to manipulate or misuse the voucher will render it void. Legal action may be pursued in cases of fraud.
Technical Issues: We are not liable for any technical difficulties or errors that may prevent the voucher from being redeemed.

D. General Terms
By participating in the Campaign, Participants are taken to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Campaign Terms & Conditions, and accept that all decisions by the Organiser are final and binding.
The Organiser reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions without any prior notice.
The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to loss of opportunities and any indirect or consequential losses) or personal injury suffered or sustained by any participant in connection with or arising from participation in the Campaign.
The Terms and Conditions of the Campaign shall be construed, governed, and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
E. Personal Data – Consent by Participants
By participating in the Campaign and submitting personal information to the Organiser, the Participant agrees that the Organiser will collect, use and store the Participant's Personal Data in accordance with the Organiser's Privacy Policy.
The Organiser reserves the right to use Participants' Personal Data for advertising and promotional purposes related to the Campaign, free from any cost or claim.
By participating in the Campaign, the Participants give consent to the Organiser, free from any cost or claim, to use the Personal Data for any form of publicity relating to the Campaign or any other materials for the purpose of advertising and promotion in any form and media.
