Consequently, Yamaha Music (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd DOES NOT provide any Yamaha Warranty and genuine Yamaha spare-parts in respect of the reconditioned or imported used Yamaha pianos and musical products in Malaysia.

NOTICE IS ALSO HEREBY GIVEN that YAMAHA CORPORATION, Japan ("YAMAHA") is the world-wide registered proprietor of the "YAMAHA" trade mark including in Malaysia in respect of pianos and musical products (Malaysian Trademark Registration Numbers 03005787 and 03005820) and that Yamaha Music (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (the Company") is:-

• YAMAHA's wholly-owned subsidiary, the sole-importer and sole-distributor in Malaysia that imports, distributes, promotes and sells new Yamaha pianos and musical products as well as provides Yamaha music courses in Malaysia;
• the exclusive provider of YAMAHA's Warranty in relation to the Yamaha pianos and musical products ("the Yamaha Warranty") imported into Malaysia and sold by the Company and/or by the authorised retailers/dealers appointed by the Company.

False and Misleading Advertisements
The trade and public are informed that, only the Company, its authorised retailers/dealers, franchisees and authorised service centres are authorised by YAMAHA to sell new Yamaha pianos and musical products and/or to provide the Yamaha Warranty and genuine Yamaha spare-parts in Malaysia.

It has come to our attention that certain unauthorised parties have used or have purported to use the "YAMAHA" trade mark and/or purported to provide the Yamaha Warranty in their advertisements which may deceive and/or confuse the public into believing that they are connected and/or associated with YAMAHA and/or that the warranty is provided by the Company.

TAKE NOTICE that any person or firm or company which without the permission of the Company uses or purports to use the "YAMAHA" trade mark and/or purports to provide the Yamaha Warranty in a manner calculated to deceive and/or confuse the public is unlawful and may be punishable by law.

并无进口, 分销, 推广或售卖复新钢琴或进口二手钢琴及任何音乐器材。意即在马来西亚, 雅马哈音乐有限公司并无为任何雅马哈复新或进口二手钢琴及音乐器材提供雅马哈保证书及原装雅马哈配件.

此通告也特此声明日本雅马哈总公司为国际注册之“雅马哈”商标拥有者，注册商号为 03005787及 03005820，而马来西亚雅马哈有限公司（本公司）则是:

• 雅马哈独资子公司, 是马来西亚唯一一家進口，分銷，推广及销售全新雅马哈钢琴及音乐器材并且提供雅马哈音乐课程之机构
• 为由雅马哈公司或其授权零售商/经销商所出售的全新进口雅马哈钢琴及音乐器材提供雅马哈保证书的“独家提供者”.

虚假及见误导性之广告

仅此公告同行及公众，唯有本公司，本公司所授权之零售商/经销商，特许经营店及授权服务中心被雅马哈授权于马来西亚销售全新雅马哈钢琴及音乐器材及/或发出雅马哈保证书及提供原装雅马哈配件.

本公司注意到有某些未被授权之商家在广告中套用“雅马哈”商标及/或宣称可提供雅马哈保证书. 这些蒙骗及/或误导公众的行为会让公众误以为这些商家与本公司有联系及/或有关联及/或曾发出保证书.

请注意. 任何人士，机构或公司在未获得本公司允许下擅自发出保证书，蓄意蒙骗及/或误导公众是违法及会被依法惩处的.
